About the program
MBA “Global Expansion. Entering new markets” is a classic modular program for executives and entrepreneurs who prepare their company for international development systematically. It covers 22 modules and 1,800 academic hours, 680 of them in class, combining a solid management foundation with applied modules on entering foreign markets.

Program structure
The program consists of 22 modules grouped into thematic blocks — from strategic management and market research to law, foreign trade and logistics. It concludes with masterclasses, an entrepreneurs' mastermind group and the preparation and defence of a capstone project — a company development roadmap.
Format and qualification
On campus or online, on a modular schedule. On completion you receive a RUDN diploma awarding the qualification of MBA.
