Abstract

As companies operate across borders, distributed teams increasingly span very different cultural contexts. This article studies how managers reconcile divergent norms around hierarchy, feedback and decision-making. We propose a practical framework for leaders building teams that stretch across the CIS, Europe and the Middle East.
